I have taught classes in political theory and sociology since 2014. To me, being in the classroom with engaged students is one the most rewarding parts of life as an academic.
A personal highlight was designing and carrying out my own course on 'Democratic Challenges' in the fall of 2019. The syllabus can be found here.
Talks & lectures
In recent years I have traveled around Denmark and given talks on democracy and climate change to high school students, municipality officials, senior citizens, and climate activists, and it has been a huge privilege to connect with so many different people around these topics.
If you are looking someone to give a talk or organise a workshop, feel free to reach out.
I am involved in various kinds of climate activism, ranging from pushing for institutional reforms within the university, to being on the streets with fellow activists.
I recently helped co-found a new green network for researchers across the Danish university sector.
